1. Are the swings suitable for outdoor use? Yes, our swings are made from high-quality polyamide ropes that are resistant to moisture and UV rays. They are perfect for your garden or terrace. However, to extend the product's lifespan, we recommend storing them indoors during the winter season.

2. What is the maximum weight capacity? Depending on the model, our swings are designed to support a load up to 150 kg. This means they are safe for both children and adults. You can find the specific weight limit in the product description or on the fabric label.

3. How do I clean and care for my swing? PINU swings are easy to maintain. Once the swing is completely dry, it can be cleaned with a dry, medium-stiff brush. They are also water-washable and can even be cleaned with a high-pressure water jet. We do not recommend using aggressive chemicals or bleach.

4. At what height should the swing be hung? For safety reasons, we recommend hanging the swing so that the lowest point is 40–50 cm (15–20 inches) above the ground. This ensures easy access and minimizes the risk of injury.

5. Are mounting accessories included? The swing comes with supporting ropes and carabiners. Since ceiling and beam types vary, hooks for ceiling mounting are usually sold separately to match your specific surface.
